Free year swimming and weekend swim break (“the Prize Draw”)

  1. The promoter is the ASA. (Hereinafter also referred to as “we” or “our”). By entering for this prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The Prize is free swimming for one year up to the value of £500 at a local pool and a break at an IHG group hotel.
  3. One year free swimming-
    1. Free swimming for one person for one year.
    2. The ASA will purchase a swim pass up to the value of £500 for the competition winner.
    3. The competition winner will email the ASA to accept the prize and provide details of a local pool they would like to use.
  4. Swim Break-
    1. 60,000 IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group) Rewards Club Points which can be converted into a Hotel room for up two nights. No expiry date. The winner must enrol as an IHG Rewards Club member in order to claim the prize. Accommodation only and no flights included.
    2. The winner shall also comply with IHG’s Terms and Conditions.
    1. The Prize Draw is open to those who enter the competition before midnight 22nd June 2014.
    2. The Prize Draw is open to all residents in the United Kingdom aged 18 and over. Proof of age, identity and eligibility may be requested.
    3. The winner shall be notified by email. The prize should be claimed within 28 days of receiving the notification email.
    4. The decision as to the winner of the Prize Draw is final. No correspondence related to the Prize Draw will be entered into with any individual except the winner.
    5. An entry will be disqualified if the e-mail address is invalid. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue (temporarily or permanently) the Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside our control or to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
    6. There is no cash or other alternative.
    7. Limit of one entry per person. We do not accept any responsibility for any network congestion, technical failure or other problem in any network, system, provider or otherwise which results in any subscription or communication not being properly recorded or received. Proof of transmission is not proof of receipt.
    8. We retain the right to disqualify any entrant that fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
    9. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
