World medals for Hynd and Henshaw

Nova Centurion Paralympic swimmers Ollie Hynd and Charlotte Henshaw both reached the podium at the IPC Swimming World Championships in Montreal last week.

Competing at his debut Worlds, 18-year old Hynd set personal bests across all three of his individual events as he won 400m Freestyle and 200m Individual Medley gold as well as 100m Backstroke bronze in his S8 classification.

Henshaw – also coached by Glenn Smith at Nova – won a medal in the SB6 100m Breaststroke for the second consecutive IPC World Championships, winning bronze in Canada.
