Go Swimming has everything you need to know about swimming. If you are a parent, a non swimmer or just want to improve your technique this is the section for you.

In British Swimming you will find information about the world of high performance sport, including the disciplines of Swimming, Diving, Synchronised Swimming, Water Polo and Para-Swimming.

The ASA is the governing body for the sport in England. In this section you will find all you need to know about joining a club or competing in England and becoming a swimming teacher or coach.

The IoS delivers the ASA’s courses and is a member organisation. Whether you are a teacher, coach, employer or club you will find everything you need to know about qualifications or educating your workforce.

ESSA Girl’s Northern Water Polo returns to the North West

The Pelican Centre at Tyldesley are hosting the ESSA Girls Northern Water Polo Finals.

The Event is supported by Swim North West, Tyldesley Swimming and Water Polo Club, Leigh St Mary’s and the Pelican Centre

Leigh St Mary's are the current Under 18's champions and were runners up in the Under 16's competition

Manchester High School are the current Under 16's champions and were runner's up in the under 14's competition


Leigh St Mary's , Manchester High School for Girls , Kings School ( Warwick)   and Kesteven & Grantham are  competing in the Under 14's competition

 on Tuesday 4th February 10am until 1pm  


 Leigh St Mary's, Crompton House( Oldham) , Manchester High school for Girl's  and Kesteven & Grantham  are competing in the Under 16's competition

 on Weds 12th February 10am - 12


Leigh St Mary's, Manchester High School for Girl's and Kesteven & Grantham   are competing in the Under 18's competition on Tuesday 25th February
