As part of the swim21 review, and in order to address the limited time for club volunteers to complete the accreditation, a new online portal was launched in September 2013 (paper submissions are no longer accepted).

The portal allows more administration control i.e. to add users, change passwords and to review documents in a quicker manner to support clubs through the accreditation process. In addition it will pull some information, such as affiliated members from the ASA Online Membership System (OMS) to avoid duplicate input into systems. Please ensure club membership details are up to date to minimise errors.
There is support on hand, should you require it, from your regional Club Development Officer (CDO) and your local Club Coordinator (click here for contacts). In addition there is a Club User Manual to guide you step-by-step through the accreditation process.
The ASA takes security very seriously and the site is therefore only accessible by registered users for each club (added by the Club Administrator). There is also the option to remove club members who are no longer active within the club.
