Q. What is the procedure if an accident has occurred or the club needs to make a claim?

A. You must report every claim and any incident that is likely to give rise to a claim in the future. This should be noted in the Club’s Accident/Incident Report book. It is essential that you also mark this information whether there has been anything to report or not on the club’s ASA annual return. CLICK HERE for incident notification guidelines.
