My hero is…
Sir Paul McCartney. Not only is he a talented musician, but also a creator of a whole cultural layer for a number of generations. He has changed many people’s lives. I’ve met many famous and outstanding people: presidents and ministers, oligarchs, astronauts and other celebrities, but I would give a lot for a single meeting with Sir Paul.
Everyone knows that the Soviet Union was a closed country. We don’t know how but the records of The Beatles sneaked into the country and there was a black market. You could buy a Beatles record for 60 roubles – which was half a month’s salary for your parents. I had all The Beatles’ records.
