The Methodology of Swimming Pool Programming

A successful swimming pool operation depends entirely on the right mix of use and logically any management team should be striving to maximise income against well controlled expenditure.

Some facilities appear to have a very relaxed attitude to pool programming trusting that by opening the doors of the facility customers will flock to the centre regardless of time, place and event.

Regrettably this is not the case and most customers are very clear regarding their wants and needs and it is the swimming pool managers’ duty to identify these demands on the service and provide them.
