The ASA Club Conference

9.30am-3pm*, Saturday 23rd October 2010
Holywell Park, Loughborough

The ASA Club Conference is your chance to talk to us and discuss how we can work together to drive the sport’s future development.

This year’s conference is aimed at those involved in club administration and we want to develop a real two-way dialogue between staff and delegates on the day.

As well as guest speakers* from the world of swimming, all delegates will have the opportunity to attend workshops and visit the ‘market place’ where you  will be able to chat to ASA staff or other experts on any matters that concern you… and this is where we want your help.

We would like you to suggest topics for our interactive workshops and suggest the type of ‘stalls’ you would like to see in the market place – but you only have a few days to do so.

Suggestions for workshops and stalls can cover anything that impacts on you and your club. All you need to do is drop an email with your ideas to gemma.ryder@swimming.org by 30th April 2010. Alternatively call 01509 618700.

Please feel free to make as many suggestions for topics as you like, even if you think you might be unable to attend yourself. You can also use your email to pre-register your interest for the conference, simply let us know how you would like to be contacted once we have full details.

As a thank you for your suggestions, we will randomly select one email to win two places at the ASA Gala Dinner, incorporating the Aquaforce Awards (which takes place in the evening of 23rd October) and accommodation, either a double or twin room at the four-star Burleigh Court in Loughborough.
