In British Swimming you will find information about the world of high performance sport, including the disciplines of Swimming, Diving, Synchronised Swimming, Water Polo and Para-Swimming.

The ASA is the governing body for the sport in England. In this section you will find all you need to know about joining a club or competing in England and becoming a swimming teacher or coach.

The IoS delivers the ASA’s courses and is a member organisation. Whether you are a teacher, coach, employer or club you will find everything you need to know about qualifications or educating your workforce.

National Age Groups u15 Water Polo Champs entries now open

The team entries for this year’s British Gas ASA National Age Group u15 Water Polo Championships are now open!

This year all team entries must be made online, so it is important that the following information is read to ensure that clubs do not run into difficulty, especially with player registration.

The competition will run as a round robin tournament at the Manchester Aquatics Centre, Boys competition on Saturday 25 October and the Girls competition on Sunday 26 October, subject to entries.

To enter a team into the competition, click hereIt is essential that all entries are made by 12 noon on Friday 26 September, and it is important that you make sure all of your player memberships are up to date. Only players who are currently registered at your club can be selected, manually imputing of other players will not be possible.

You can double check that your players are registered and in the correct category for your club by checking membership here.

Please note that any players who have asked to have their data hidden will not show for selection, so they will need to call the membership department on 01509 640727.

If you want to register other players before you enter your team, send the paperwork in as soon as possible and inform the memberships team that you require it processed in time for the event. It can take 48 hours to register on the system, so don’t leave it until the last minute.
