Race Mark Foster and get disabled children swimming
3rd July 2013
Former world record holder Mark Foster invites you to race him head-to-head on 24th August in Eton, West London, and raise money for Level Water, a charity supported by the ASA that provides free one-to-one swim teaching for disabled children.
Mark will be swimming the 1.25km race, so this is your best chance ever to beat a world record holder!
Fundraisers will be invited to a short talk from Mark before the swim and to meet him for snacks, drinks and photos afterwards. You will also receive a Level Water swimming hat and t-shirt to thank you for your support.
Level Water is a Paralympic Legacy charity that provides free one-to-one swim teaching for disabled children. It can be hard for these kids to get started in sport, so Level Water helps them until they can join mainstream lessons and move on into swimming clubs.
Over time they will be helping thousands of new children into the sport, and hope to ultimately create the next generation of Paralympic swimmers.
If you love swimming and believe that everyone should have a fair start, then you can enter by visiting f3events.co.uk. Use the discount code LEVELWATER10. Just tick the Fundraise for Level Water box when you make your entry, and they'll be in touch.
