Hold your own Get Safe event
30 April 2013
On average one person drowns in the UK every 17 hours and drowning is the third highest cause of accidental death among children, with more than half of incidents happening at rivers, lakes, canals and reservoirs. Now you can give young people in your area the chance to learn about the dangers posed by open water by holding a special ‘Get Safe’ event.
