FINA Unites Aquatic Movement at World Aquatics Convention

World aquatics governing body FINA are hosting their second World Aquatics Convention in Moscow, Russia, from 29th October to 1st November this year.

Following from the success of their first convention held in Punta Del Este in 2010, FINA will once again host this biannual event to enable members of the aquatic community to exchange knowledge and build relationships, while enriching the aquatic disciplines and promoting its stars. With the assistance of its 202 National Swimming Federations and 150 of the world’s leading swimming coaches who will be present at the event, FINA will continue to stride towards a future of bright possibilities for both aquatics and its stakeholders.

Significant aquatic leaders from around the world will unite to discuss and combat challenges faced by Aquatics, while the world’s greatest coaches will provide insight into the secrets of excellence at the Gold Medal Swimming Coaches Clinic. There will also be a FINA bureau meeting, aquatics exhibition and aquatics conference at the Convention.
