TRAIN YOUR STAFF FOR FREE BY COMPLETING WORKFORCE SURVEY
21 Aug 2009
Employers now have a further chance to win a place on a range of ASA courses in a free prize draw by completing a survey of their aquatic workforce.
The ASA is conducting the audit to gain an accurate picture of the aquatic workforce as part of our coach and teacher development programme. Once the baseline figures have been established we can then plan and tailor our products and services to meet the needs of employers and their staff.
The deadline for completion has recently been extended in order to produce a comprehensive and robust report and to give an accurate and meaningful picture of the aquatic workforce.
Once the audit has been completed, organisations will automatically be entered into a prize draw to win one of the following: 1 free place UKCC Level 3 Certificate for Coaching Swimming, 2 free places UKCC Level 2 Certificate for Teaching Aquatics, 3 free places UKCC Level 1 Certificate for Teaching Aquatics or Coaching Swimming or £100 to spend at the ASA Awards Centre.
The audit will now be available for completion until 10th October 2009. Click here to read the survey guidance notes and for a link to the survey.
