30 NEW SWIM21 ACCREDITATIONS AWARDED

The swim21 National Panel has seen a further 30 new accreditations submitted for validation.
This quarter saw 14 Foundation accreditations achieved by clubs with integrated masters sections, 11 from junior Swimming clubs, together with three from Diving and one each from Synchro and Water Polo.
Additionally, 21 clubs were submitting for their second four –year term by reaccrediting and eight clubs were successful in adding further levels of swim21 to an existing accreditation showing the depth of their club’s operation.
swim21 is the ASA’s ‘quality mark’ - recognising the club’s commitment to providing safe, effective and quality services for the benefit of their swimmers and non-swimming members.
The current total number of swim21 accreditations stands at 544 and is made up as follows:
Swimming 497
Diving 19
Synchronised Swimming 16
Water Polo 12
