NEW BRITISH GAS SWIMFIT SESSIONS NOW AVAILABLE

The Swimfit website, powered by British Gas, has been updated to include new sessions.
The site, www.swimfit.com, which is completely free to use, is designed to provide a gym-style programme for your pool time. Sessions are available to suit different ability levels and motivations for swimming; Health, Shape up and Tone, Fitness and Competitive.
The sessions are compiled by a leading British coach with each group in mind and are updated three times a year to provide new and fresh ideas for swimmers using the site. The latest sessions are now available and can be found in the ‘My Swimfit’ area of the Swimfit site. For those who wish to continue using the previous sessions, these are still available. Swimfit also has its own Facebook group. This allows users of the site to keep up to date with the latest news and information as well as share their views with other users of the site. To view the Facebook group, and sign up please CLICK HERE.
