Go Swimming has everything you need to know about swimming. If you are a parent, a non swimmer or just want to improve your technique this is the section for you.

In British Swimming you will find information about the world of high performance sport, including the disciplines of Swimming, Diving, Synchronised Swimming, Water Polo and Para-Swimming.

The ASA is the governing body for the sport in England. In this section you will find all you need to know about joining a club or competing in England and becoming a swimming teacher or coach.

The IoS delivers the ASA’s courses and is a member organisation. Whether you are a teacher, coach, employer or club you will find everything you need to know about qualifications or educating your workforce.

The Kellogg’s ASA Swimtastic Awards 2012 - Nominate someone for a Swimtastic Award today!

The Kellogg’s ASA Swimtastic Awards 2012 will make their way to Sheffield’s Ponds Forge on Saturday 20th October 2012 where the cream of British Swimming, Diving, Synchro and Water Polo will again be joining unsung swim stars from across the UK in a celebration of swimming.

 

KELLOGG'S ASA SWIMTASTIC AWARDS 2012

The 2012 event will be bigger and better than ever with a glittering ‘Oscar-style’ awards ceremony hosted by former Olympian, Steve Parry, and a ‘Swim with the Stars’ session where nominees will once again get the chance to make a splash with a host of aquatic heroes many returning from a home Olympics!

The Awards

These are divided into 12 clear categories, acknowledging people of all ages and abilities. This year also sees the arrival of a new award, sponsored by the Sun newspaper, for an individual, family or group who have been inspired to take up swimming in this Olympic year.
