Swimming Trust seeks funds to roll out National Young Teacher Development Programme

The Swimming Trust is seeking funds of over £10,000 to roll out their National Young Teacher Development Programme, which aims to encourage young people into the sport and begin a career in swimming, by providing access to nationally recognised qualifications.

Poolside helper qualification price reduction

Young people and volunteers will now find a new ASA qualification to qualify them to assist on poolside more accessible.  The certification cost of the ASA helpers certificate qualification has been reduced from £11.50 to £3.85, bringing it in line with the fees for other volunteering training.
