Diving coaches in England are invited to become the latest to benefit from the Advanced Coaching Offer, an ambitious coaching programme offered in conjunction with the ASA Talent Development team.

The Advanced Coaching Offer will provide targeted support to up to 16 proactive, talented, developing diving coaches across England over a four year period. Initially eight coaches will be selected based upon their application and eligibility, with each selected coach being part of the programme for a minimum of two years.

At absolutely no cost to the coach or club, the programme will provide coaches with the opportunity to shape their future in aquatic coaching with a structured programme of observation/analyses of coaching sessions, mentoring, one to one discussions, coaching at a high performance centre and access to England talent programmes.

To be eligible for the Advanced Coaching offer, coaches must live in England, coach in a club environment for a minimum of three hours per week, hold the UKCC Level 2 Coaching Diving qualification (or equivalent), have an ongoing commitment to self improvement and be willing to support other coaches in the area.
