UKCC qualifications for teachers and coaches have received a further two year endorsement from sports coach UK’s Coaching Standards Group.

The re-endorsement effectively provides official approval for the continued awarding of qualifications across all disciplinesand confirms British Swimming’s unique status in aquatics education (and as one of the few sports governing bodies) as holders of the UKCC kite-mark.

Spencer Moore, Head of Workforce Development for British Swimming said, “The Coaching Standards Group is made up of coaching professionals and industry leaders chosen for their coaching experience, understanding of learning and the governance of sport, coaching and education, so it’s great news that our qualifications have again been recognised as meeting all their stringent quality and regulation requirements.”
