Developed by SkillsActive in partnership with the ASA and several key industry organisations, the Register of Aquatic Professionals provides verification that those working in the aquatic sector are fully qualified to perform their role, driving professionalism and assuring the public and employers that registered individuals hold the relevant qualifications.

Why is RAPs important?
RAPs provides the aquatic industry with a single qualification framework for wet side roles for the first time, meaning employers can be assured that individuals are all working to the same level of competence.
