Extend your expertise in disability swimming

Swimming is by far the favourite sport of many disabled children and adults and we want to help you inspire these individuals to join in with the fun in the pool.

With the Paralympics set to inspire the nation it's a great chance for us all to capture the imaginations of disabled children and adults, challenge their perceptions and help them discover new activities and develop new skills.
