Entering and running competitions
There are a number of ASA licensed regional competitions that take place throughout the year as well as two showpiece national competitions - the National Age Group Championships and the National Masters Championships.
This page also contains important information for people who are wishing to organise their own licensed synchronised swimming competition.
Click the buttons below to find out more or head to our Results Archive for full results from past synchronised swimming competitions.
The ASA National Age Group Championships takes place in December and features more than 500 swimmers in action every year.
As well as competing for national titles, the Championships are usually the first stage in the selection process for the following season's ASA Talent Programme.
There is also a recreational element to the Championships to encourage participation among swimmers who have not yet achieved the National Skill levels required to participate in the main competition.
The ASA Masters Synchronised Swimming Championships is the only chance for Masters synchronised swimmers to win honours on the national stage.
