The Workforce Development Team at the ASA have developed an innovative development framework which will provide a world class coaching environment for all of England’s teachers and coaches. Now is an excellent time to begin your career as a teacher or coach and become part of its implementation.
It’s all about the development of the coach or teacher, not just achievement of qualifications and certificates. It represents a significant culture shift by delivering much more than just coach education and creating teachers and coaches who can promote learning through ownership, awareness and responsibility.
