What to do if you are waiting for results?
Results for QCF Qualifications
The Awarding Body will endeavor to issue results for a Level 1 in 2 weeks and Level 2 in 4 weeks of the last date of the qualification/assessment. This is dependent upon full documentation being received from the training provider. The Awarding Body strives to exceed this target whenever possible. Whilst it is acknowledged that learners are naturally anxious to find out their results, these cannot be given out over the telephone. Learners are therefore requested not to telephone or email the ASA for this purpose. If you are still awaiting results notification for a course 4 weeks after the last date of the course, please email awardingbody@swimming.org with your full name, address, details of the course and location.
Results for NQF Qualifications (before Jan 2011)
Please be advised that the Awarding Body endeavors to issue a results notification or certificate to candidates within 8 weeks of the last date of the course/assessment. This is dependent upon full documentation being received from the training provider. The Awarding Body strives to exceed this target whenever possible. Whilst it is acknowledged that learners are naturally anxious to find out their results, these cannot be given out over the telephone or email. Learners are therefore requested not to telephone the ASA for this purpose. If you are still awaiting results notification for a course 8 weeks after the last date of the course, please email awardingbody@swimming.org with your full name, address, details of the course and location.
