Details of funding opportunities available in the West Midlands

Regional Grant Aid

Who can access it? Volunteer teachers and coaches who are affiliated to the ASA West Midland region and have completed a course leading to an ASA qualification.

Which qualifications does it cover? Levels 1-3.

How much is it for? Up to 25% funding is available for all teaching and coaching courses and for all disciplines.

How do I apply? Applicants apply through the regional ASA office website here.  Grant Aid is not paid until a course has been completed, it is not allocated retrospectively and grants are paid direct to clubs through the club secretary and not through individual applicants.  The website has further details.

Black Country BeActive Partnership

Coventry, Solihull & Warwickshire Coach Bursary

Who can access it? Those aged 16 and over who are part of a club in Coventry, Solihull or Warwickshire.

Which qualifications does it cover? Levels 1, 2 & 3

How much is it for? £100 for Level 1, £200 for Levels 2 & 3
