Workforce Support Services
The workforce support team has been created solely for the purpose of providing support guidance and training for all educators, teachers and coaches within swimming and all other aquatic disciplines. Their aim is to develop, co-ordinate and manage the provision of workforce improvement which includes licensing, tutor training and standardisation to ensure the high quality delivery of all ASA qualifications. The team works closely with relevant departments across the ASA to provide an efficient and responsive service for all educators.

ASA Educator Conference
The ASA Educator Conference will be running on the 17 October 2014 at Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel. The conference will be hosted by the ASA Workforce Support Services and ASA Awarding Body teams.
The cost of the conference is £80 (this includes the parking, lunch and refreshments). A range of workshops have been carefully selected, in line with educator requests to both support your role and enhance your delivery/assessment.
