You’ll hear Commonwealth gold medallists Ross Davenport and Sarah Ruckwood over the commentary every day from Ponds Forge.
But who do these experts think will be the pick of the swimmers in tonight’s finals session?
Find out in our #NYCS14 Day One Pundit Picks:
“The race I’m looking forward to most tonight would probably be the 400m Medley – men. I think it will be an exciting final between Max Litchfield and the Canadian swimmer Alec Page. Page was faster this morning but Max obviously went to his debut Commonwealths for England last week and it will be interesting to see if he can carry some form over tonight.”
“I think the pick of tonight’s races will be either the 400m Medley or the Freestyle relay. We saw some really good swims in those relay heats and there wasn’t much to choose between the top few qualifiers. Carnegie obviously won the heats but Plymouth and Hatfield both looked really good as well. They’ll both go faster tonight and it should be a really exciting final.”
