Olympic medallists Jazz Carlin and Chris Walker-Hebborn are among a world class field who will compete at the 2016 ASA National Winter Meet.
Taking place at Ponds Forge, Sheffield from 15 – 18 December, the event is the biggest short course event on the British domestic swimming calendar.

And the 26-year old, who trains at the National Performance Centre in Bath, will compete in both events in Sheffield.
Training partner Walker-Hebborn also reached the Olympic podium for the first time in Rio. He swam the first leg for the silver medal-winning British 4x100m Medley Relay quartet on the final day of action in the pool.
Walker-Hebborn will line up in the 50m and 100m Backstroke in Sheffield, and holds the British record in the former.
Another 10 members of the British team from Rio will take part in Sheffield, including Plymouth Leander’s Ben Proud. Proud set British records over 50m and 100m Freestyle as well as 50m Butterfly at last year’s event.
Tom Derbyshire and Taz Pugh could be two of the younger swimmers to look out for at the meet. Both won gold medals at this year’s European Junior Championships.
