If you are seeking an extra dimension to your swimming then use it to change the lives of people across the UK and in the world’s poorest countries by taking on the Big Splash Mile For Sport Relief
You can tackle it alone, with friends and family, or with colleagues as part of the Swimathon Weekend taking place 27-29 April 2012.

Not sure I am ready to take on a mile
Don't worry, thanks to Swimfit there is a dedicated training plan to get you up to scratch (see image right).
You can even beat the winter blues as you train. Log your swims online and track yourself by Google Maps as you swim around the Caribbean Island of St Kitts.
And you won't be alone. Celebrity Jodie Kidd is backing the drive to get people into the pool for the Big Splash Mile for Sport Relief.
OK, so how do I get involved?
- Visit the Swimathon website to register for the Sport Relief Mile
- Once registered follow the 'Training' link to Swimfit and register for MySwimfit
- Train, raise money and enjoy. Simple.
