Avalon Leisure make Free Swimming pledge

If you’re a Big Splasher, chances are you’ve made a pledge to swim more often, whether for fitness, health or simply to splash around for half an hour.
But it’s not just individual swimmers who can vow to keep pools busy this summer.
Somerset-based pool operators Avalon Leisure have made a Big Splash pledge of their own to reward customers at their pools with FREE SWIMMING.
Throughout August 2011, Avalon are aiming to get 30,000 people swimming across their four pools at Wells Leisure Centre, Frome Leisure Centre, Strode Swimming Pool and Fitness Centre and Shepton Mallet Lido.
If they hit their ’30,000 Splashers’ target they are pledging to:
- Run a minimum of three hour-long sessions of free swimming at each of our centres in September 2011.
- Give three lucky customers a year’s FREE unlimited swimming at our centres (each swimmer throughout August will be entered into a free prize draw).
