Big Splash Adult Open Evenings at Wokingham Pools

11 October 2011

Two swimming pools in Wokingham, Berkshire, will be hosting Big Splash open evenings on Tuesday 18th October.

The sessions at Loddon Valley Leisure Centre and Carnival Pool have been specially designed for adults who want to learn to swim, improve their technique, get fitter or get faster.

The evening will begin at 8:00pm with an adult swimming lesson, followed by refreshments in the Leisure Centre. All visitors will receive a free goodie bag for attending.

The event is perfect for adults who are planning to swim the Big Splash Mile for Sport Relief in April 2012. The challenge forms part of the initiative by British Swimming and the BBC to get the UK back in the water.
