10 October 2011

Whitchurch Swimming Centre in Shropshire is set to celebrate the Big Splash by hosting a spooktacular Halloween party on Monday 31 October.

The centre will be fully decorated to create a scary atmosphere, all staff will be wearing fancy dress and the pool water will even be dyed a gruesome purple!

Everyone is invited to attend the Halloween extravaganza, which will be held from 6:00pm until 7:00pm on the scariest night of the year!

The party is being held as part of the Big Splash, an initiative by British Swimming and the BBC, which aims to get the UK back into the water in the biggest celebration of swimming. Further information can be found here.

Tickets are on sale now for £2.25 per child and £4.45 per adult, family tickets are also available and discounts apply for BeActive membership card holders.

So if you don’t want to miss out on this extra special swim session, book your tickets today – if you dare!

Either drop in to the Whitchurch Swimming Centre reception or call 01948 662 187 for more information.
