About Susie

At 28 years old, Susie Rodgers is a relative late bloomer in the British Gas GBR Disability Swimming Team but made an immediate impact on her international debut, scooping five golds and a silver at the 2011 IPC Swimming European Championships in Berlin.

The London-based swimmer admits she was inspired to chase a London 2012 spot after watching the exploits of the British team at the Beijing Paralympics in 2008.
