Paralympic Qualification
Listed below are the times Liz will need to set to qualify for the London 2012 Paralympic Games.
If Liz is the overall fastest swimmer in her classification after both Trials events - the British Gas Swimming Championships and the British International Disability Swimming Championships - she will be nominated for the Games, providing her time matches or is faster than the qualifying time.
If Liz is second or third fastest in his classification, she may still be nominated for the Games providing there are enough quota places remaining.
