Guy Davis
Guy Davis is a lifelong swimmer. He is a former national age group champion and GB Junior Team member and is now an enthusiastic masters competitor both in the pool and open water.
His favourite events are 100m Freestyle and IM though he is still trying to divine the mystery of breaststroke. He is married and has two teen-aged children. Guy’s wife Barbara Cassani served as Chairman and Vice Chairman of London’s successful bid to host the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Guy is an independent investor. He is a Director of IM Litigation Funding, a leading provider of third party funding to help resolve commercial disputes. He was previously an investment banker with Wasserstein Perella and S.G. Warburg, where he specialised in mergers and acquisitions. He began his professional career in business consulting with Boston Consulting Group after studying for degrees in Mathematics and Economics at Oxford University and attending Princeton University. He is a Fellow of the Securities Institute.
