Ieuan won his first British Champs medals in 2011, lifting 200m IM bronze and 400m Freestyle silver before walking away with double gold (200m IM, 4x200m Free) from the European Juniors in Budapest. He went on to win a trio of medals at the 2012 British Champs (200m IM bronze, 200m Free silver, 400m Free bronze) and secured his debut Olympic spot on the 4x200m Freestyle Relay quartet.
