Jessica's Career
Sprinter Jessica has made rapid progress in recent years swimming under Mark Rose at City of Manchester. She broke through in 2010, reaching her first British Championship final in the 50m Freestyle and securing a spot on the European Junior team for Helsinki where she helped the 4x100m Freestyle Relay team to silver. She played a starring role at her second European Juniors in Belgrade last year, winning 100m Freestyle bronze before anchoring the 4x100m Medley Relay quartet to gold and the 4x100m Freestyle Relay team to silver. After a 100m Freestyle final appearance and a 4x100m Freestyle Relay bronze at the World Youth Championships in August 2011, Lloyd shone at the 2012 British Champs, winning 50m Freestyle bronze and securing the fourth spot on the Olympic 4x100m Freestyle Relay quartet.
