- Rebecca graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2011 with a combined honours degree with education, majoring in psychology.
- After finishing with elite level water polo, she wants to travel the world then become a teacher.
- When she's not in the water, she likes to play netball or watch football or rugby union on TV.
Rebecca's Career
Rebecca broke in to the senior set-up in 2007 and travelled with British junior teams to European Championships between 2007 and 2009. After playing in World League qualifiers in 2009 and 2010, she travelled with the British team to the World Student Games in Shenzhen last season, helping the Brits to a seventh place finish. Rebecca was also part of the bronze medal-winning side at the 2011 Four Nations Invitational in Manchester, then played a part in the Brits first European appearance in 15 years as they finished seventh in Eindhoven earlier this season.
