- Rosie worked as a swimming and water polo teacher at Manchester Grammar School before beginning full-time water polo training in 2011.
- Away from water polo, she says her ultimate way to relax would be soaking up some soon on a beach or with a game of tennis.
- She is also a big football fan and supports her home town club Aston Villa.
Rosie's Career
Since breaking into the senior international team in 2004, Rosie has become a stalwart member of the British squad. She competed at the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne then won best goalkeeper at the European B Championships a year later. She was part of the gold-medal winning team at the 2009 European Nations Trophy and also played a major role as the team qualified for the 2012 European Championships during the 2011 season. This season, Rosie has played in her first European A Championships, the VISA International Test Event and the British team's World League qualification matches.
