Brother Oliver will be just another rival in London

Mansfield swimmer Sam Hynd is keeping his fingers crossed London 2012 is a family affair but concedes brother Oliver will be just another rival when he takes to the pool at next year’s Paralympics.
Oliver beat Sam in the SM7 200m Individual Medley at the 2011 European Championships while Sam got the better of his younger brother in the S7 400m Freestyle event.
My main focus is swimming my events and when it comes to the race I have to see him as just another competitor.
"It's a once in a lifetime opportunity to have a sibling in the same sport, the same team and even in the same race going for London 2012," said Hynd senior.
"It's great to have Oliver in the squad and it's great to have him there when we're not competing but we're in the team.
"I'm focused on London 2012 and doing as well as I can there and then after that I hope Olly can do as well as he can, both of us on the podium would be amazing.
"But my main focus is my swimming and my events and when it comes to the race I have to see him as just another competitor I'm looking to beat."
