Day four of the 2011 British Gas Swimming Championships in Manchester saw Britain’s golden girl Rebecca Adlington continue to impress as she won her second gold medal, this time in the 200m Freestyle.

The halfway mark through the competition gave us one of the closest battles of the event so far in the women's 200m Freestyle, which saw all the girls qualify for the final within 1.2 seconds of each other.

Meanwhile, Michael Rock won the men’s 200m Butterfly final but had to fight off Joe Roebuck throughout the last 50m.

Catch these and all the other great races of the day in our day four Champs TV highlights below.
