Day seven of the 2011 British Gas Swimming Championships in Manchester saw double Olympic champion complete her golden hat-trick with victory in the 800m Freestyle.

A world-class field saw Jazmin Carlin set a new Welsh record for silver and Keri-anne Payne dip under her personal best for bronze.

Meanwhile, Stephanie Proud booked her place at her first World Championships with 200m Backstroke victory while Adam Brown added the 50m Freestyle title to his 100m win from earlier in the week.
