Goddard soars to 200m Medley gold
James Goddard books his spot at the World Championships in Shanghai, winning the 200m Individual Medley in 1:58.22 - the second fastest time in the world this year.
Gandy doubles up for Butterfly gold
Ellen Gandy adds the 200m Butterfly title to her 100m crown, winning the final in 2:06.13 to maintain her place at the top of the world rankings.
