Adlington takes gold in world class 200m Free final
Rebecca Adlington defends her 200m Freestyle title in 1:58.90 as six swimmers beat the 2 minute mark in the final. Jazz Carlin (1:59.03) claims silver while Keri-anne Payne (1:59.42) sets a pb for bronze.
Rocky and Roebuck seal World Champs spots
