It was only just outside my PB so considering the preparation I've had coming into this week, I'm really pleased.

“I was really pleased with that final. A 68.1 is only just outside my PB of 66.5 so considering the preparation I've had coming into this competition, I'm really pleased.
“I've managed to get my Paralympic qualifications in the heats and finals so I'm really pleased with that as well. I've got a day off tomorrow so I'll probably come in for a bit of training tomorrow and then it's the 200m IM on the final day.
"It's fantastic to be able to come in and do what I've done off such a lack of preparation. It's good to be on top of the podium and back in the mix again and it's really promising for six months time if I get my selection.”
Double Paralympic Champion Eleanor Simmonds won the silver medal with a swim that saw her claim 925 points. She touched in a time of 1:17.98.
Rhiannon Henry put her name in contention for nomination to ParalympicsGB after swimming to 1:01.11. She won the bronze medal with 894 points.

Liz Neale from gatesheadWould it be possible for British swimming to use the correct terminology on its webpage and replace ‘able-bodied’ with ‘non-disabled’ ?
It is important that an NGB with such a reputation for promoting and supporting disability sport is seen to be using correct terminology.
