Pavoni sets his sights firmly on Olympics

Roberto Pavoni will change his training regime to try and ensure success at the London Olympics in 2012.
The British Gas ITC Loughborough swimmer qualified for the 400m Individual Medley final on his World Championships debut in Shanghai before finishing eighth.
I've been used to not having to push myself too hard in the heats but on the international stage I have to push in the heats.
"I'm going to have a chat with my coach and replicate swimming extremely quick in the morning and then again in the evening, " said Pavoni.
"A lot of my preparation this time was about getting myself in to the final and I feel as though looking back I may have neglected what to do when I actually got in to the final.
"I've been more used to not having to push myself too hard in the heats in the past but because of the competition on the international stage I have to push in the heats.
"It's a dream of mine to be at London 2012 so if I miss out it will seem like the end of the world.
"But if it happens it happens and I'll have to focus on Rio in 2016. I think a medal in Rio is perhaps a more realistic aim."
