If you want to try disability swimming, or you know someone with a disability who would like to learn to swim, British Swimming's dedication to ensuring inclusion means we can help.

In our Big Splash website there is a Pool Finder. Put in your postcode to find your local pool and then ask them about disability swimming lesson and clubs where you'll find the right facilities with ASA qualified professionals.

Learning to swim with a disability has amazing benefits: the confidence-building, the health and fitness aspects, and the friends you'll make are second to none. And who knows, if you do learn to swim, you could even become the next rising star of disability swimming.

Champions in the making

The regular success of the British swim team in the Paralympics and other games is truly inspirational. The UK invests so much in disability swimming it's easy to see why so many people with disabilities become athletes.
