In the Pool

Greatest achievement to date: 100m Breaststroke at INAS-FID worlds in Hong Kong. I was only 14 years old and I won and it was awesome.

Aspiration: To win a gold medal at the 2012 Paralympic Games in the breaststroke.

Who has been greatest influence on you Mick Massey - he was my original coach at Stockport Metro and I am really happy to be training with him again.

Out of the Pool

Tip for the top Train hard, get enough rest, enjoy what you do and believe you can do it. 'No fear.'

Life after swimming? Swimming teaching and coaching - to give back what I have had.

Favourites

Band/Music: All - when I am racing Linkin Park, Oasis, Sum 41 as they help me calm down and relax.
