Name: James Denny

Date of birth: 20th September 1993

Training Base: City of Leeds Diving Club

Coach: Ady Hinchliffe

James is one of the most consistent divers at national level over the past three years, having reached the podium at three National Cups as well as the past two British Gas Diving Championships. Denny's finest performances have come from the 10m Platform, winning bronze at the 2012 Olympic Trials in Sheffield then one better with silver at last year's season-opening British Champs in Plymouth.

Denny has also taken encouraging steps internationally in recent seasons, reaching the 10m Platform final and finishing ninth at last year's European Championships and securing his top performance at a FINA Diving Grand Prix with a fourth-place finish in the 3m Springboard in Gatineau, Canada in May this year.

Look out for James in: 3m Springboard, 10m Platform, 3m Synchro (with Oliver Dingley).

Name: Oliver Dingley

Date of birth: 24th November 1992

Training Base: Southend Diving Club

Coach: Damian Ball

Oliver is a four-time British champion and one of the most experienced divers lining up in Sheffield this year. The 21-year old won the British 1m Springboard title in 2008, 2009, 2011 and last year in Plymouth and has also claimed 3m Springboard silver at the past two British Champs, as well as this season's National Cup in Southend.

Dingley is no stranger to international competition, having finished sixth in the 1m Springboard at last year's European Championships and seventh in the same event in 2011. He competed for England at the Commonwealth Games in Delhi four years ago and has made a FINA Grand Prix final this season, finishing sixth in the 3m Springboard in Gatineau, Canada in May.

Look out for Oliver in: 1m Springboard, 3m Springboard, 3m Synchro (with James Denny).

Name: Matty Lee

Date of birth: 5th March 1998

Training Base: City of Leeds Diving Club

Coach: Peng Li

Matty has underlined his potential with a series of impressive performances on his maiden season competing in the FINA/NVC Diving World Series. Teaming up with Dan Goodfellow, the British rookies won bronze at the opening two legs of the World Series in Beijing and Dubai before breaking the 400 point barrier for fifth in London.

While Matty won't be teaming up with Dan again in Sheffield, he aiming to mark his first British Gas Diving Championships with a medal in the 10m Platform; an event in which he is reigning European Junior silver medallist in the Group B age group and won National Cup bronze in Southend earlier this year.

Look out for Matty in: 10m Platform.

Name: Freddie Woodward

Date of birth: 23rd June 1995

Training Base: City of Sheffield Diving Club

Coach: Tom Owens

Freddie is another British youngster looking to make his mark on the senior stage. Having come close to his first individual senior medal with a fourth-place finish in the 3m Springboard at last year's British Gas Diving Championships in Plymouth, he broke through with bronze in the same event at this season's National Cup in Southend.

Freddie has been a regular at European Junior Championships, competing at the past three stagings, and has impressed at FINA Grand Prix events in Puerto Rico and Mexico this season, finishing fourth in the 3m at the former and fourth in the 3m Synchro at both.

Look out for Freddie in: 1m Springboard, 3m Springboard, 3m Synchro (with Nick Robinson-Baker).

Name: Alicia Blagg

Date of birth: 21st October 1996

Training Base: City of Leeds Diving Club

Coach: Edwin Jongejans / Ady Hinchliffe

Alicia is a multiple national and international medallist, having broken through as a 13-year old, competing for England at the 2010 Commonwealth Games. She has won 11 medals from the past four British Gas Diving Championships, including 1m Springboard gold in 2010 and 2013 and 3m Synchro gold with Rebecca Gallantree at the past three Championships.

She has enjoyed her greatest international achievements with Gallantree, having won European Championship bronze last season as well as two FINA Diving World Series silver medals and a FINA Grand Prix bronze.

Look out for Alicia in: 3m Springboard, 3m Synchro (with Rebecca Gallantree).

Name: Rebecca Gallantree

Date of birth: 19th August 1984

Training Base: City of Leeds

Coach: Edwin Jongejans / Ady Hinchliffe

Rebecca is the most experienced diver taking part in Sheffield, having competed at two Olympics, two Commonwealth Games and three World Championships. She has eight British Gas Diving Championship gold medals to her name including the individual 3m title from 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012.

She has been in impressive form over the last 12 months, winning European 3m Synchro bronze and World Series medals both last year and this season in the same event. Her individual form has also been strong, winning the National Cup title in January and scoring 327.90 to finish fourth at the Dubai leg of the FINA/NVC Diving World Series.

Look out for Grace in: 3m Springboard, 3m Synchro (with Alicia Blagg), 10m Synchro (with Lois Toulson).

Name: Grace Reid

Date of birth: 9th May 1996

Training Base: Edinburgh Diving Club

Coach: Jen Leeming

Grace was one of the surprise packages of last year's British Gas Diving Championships in Plymouth, winning her first national senior individual title with victory in the 3m Springboard, having only reached the 3m Springboard podium once before at a British Championships with silver in 2010.

The Scottish diver enjoyed a season to remember in 2010, finishing sixth at the Commonwealth Games in Delhi and fourth at the European Championships - both in the 3m Springboard. Notable results this season include 1m Springboard silver at the National Cup in Southend and a 3m Springboard semi-final appearance at the FINA Grand Prix in Madrid.

Look out for Grace in: 1m Springboard, 3m Springboard.

Name: Hannah Starling

Date of birth: 12th June 1995

Training Base: City of Leeds Diving Club

Coach: Edwin Jongejans / Ady Hinchliffe

Hannah will compete at her first national diving competition since 2012, having missed the 2013 British Gas Diving Championships and 2014 British Gas National Cup due to injuries. She has established herself as one of the top divers in Great Britain since her last domestic competition, reaching the London 2012 Olympic semi final and 2013 World Championship final from the 3m Springboard.

Having scored 338.20 to finish fourth at the 2013 FINA Diving World Series leg in Edinburgh, Hannah has shown consistent form this year, breaking 300 in the semi finals at both the London and Moscow legs of this year's World Series.

Look out for Hannah in: 1m Springboard, 3m Springboard.
