In British Swimming you will find information about the world of high performance sport, including the disciplines of Swimming, Diving, Synchronised Swimming, Water Polo and Para-Swimming.

The ASA is the governing body for the sport in England. In this section you will find all you need to know about joining a club or competing in England and becoming a swimming teacher or coach.

The IoS delivers the ASA’s courses and is a member organisation. Whether you are a teacher, coach, employer or club you will find everything you need to know about qualifications or educating your workforce.

In the pool

Favourite event: 3m Springboard because it's been my best event this season.

Finest ever performance: Junior Elites 2011 where i came first and hit 425 points on tower and 452 points on 3m springboard.

Role models: Other athletes like Usain Bolt.

My aspirations are: To go to the Olympics one day.


If I wasn’t a diver I would be: A footballer. I had to give that up because of diving commitments.

Tip for the top: Work hard and train hard.

Life after diving: I would like to stay in something sport-related.

Would most like to meet: Usain Bolt because he seems like a cool guy.

Most prized possession: Beats headphones or my laptop - both of them I couldn't do without!

Biggest influence on career: My coach.


Sports: Diving, football and table tennis.

Band/music: Favourtie artist is Eminem but I like pop and a bit of dubstep as well.

Food: Favourite food is spare ribs or pizza.

Hobbies: I don't really have a hobby but in my spare time i go out with my friends.
